New British pub The Queen’s Arms has officially opened for business, with hospitality guests coming together for a royal celebration.
Guests gathered at 16 Queen Street in Perth’s CBD to raise a glass to the opening of the pub from hospitality operator Nokturnl.
Local Perthonalities, media and hospitality industry friends were encouraged to dress as their favourite British icon or don their finest red, white and royal blue, as they raised a tipple or two to cheer the group’s fifth hospitality precinct and welcome the historic former flour mill into its newest chapter.
Some guests came dressed as Freddie Mercury, Royal Guards and Union Jack girls as they explored the 500-person venue over an evening of British-inspired bites, flowing pints and plenty of British entertainment.
The celebrations continued upstairs at The Corgi Club, the pub’s late-night playground, where live music, wall-to-wall sport and interactive darts kept the party going ’til late.
The Queen’s Arms is now open seven days a week for lunch and dinner until late.
