More than 900 guests dressed in their finest for the annual Reiwa.com Awards Ball at Crown Perth, celebrating Western Australia’s top real estate talent.

Across the 33 awards, the event recognised both individuals and agencies, with Vivien Yap & Co named top team by value sold and Hartanto Properties named top boutique by value.

Belinda Turner from Professionals Geraldton was crowned Rookie of the Year.

Reiwa President Suzanne Brown said the awards honoured the individuals and agencies that excelled across residential and commercial sales, and residential property management in the 2025-2026 financial year.
