Adventures in Exmouth

Exmouth Adventure Co has a new three-day, two-night guided tour which the team there feel really shows the beauty of Cape Range National Park and Ningaloo Reef.
The tour, Essence of Ningaloo, is designed for those seeking a deeper, more immersive connection with nature.
They will see the contrast, from the red gorges of Cape Range National Park to the turquoise waters of Ningaloo Reef.

There are guided gorge walks, snorkelling and cultural insights. At night, visitors will stay in Exmouth Adventure Co’s well-equipped base camp, under the stars, and enjoy hearty meals.
“This new tour captures what we believe is the true essence of Ningaloo, the balance between adventure, comfort and connection,” says Hal Paine, founder and director of Exmouth Adventure Co.
“It’s an opportunity to experience the World Heritage-listed coast at a slower pace, where every walk, snorkel and sunset tells a story.”
Run by experienced local guides, Essence of Ningaloo includes:
Guided gorge walks Yardie Creek and Mandu Mandu Gorges, with routes to suit various abilities.
Snorkelling Coral gardens at Turquoise Bay, Lakeside, Osprey Bay, or Oyster Stacks.
Cultural and natural insights Milyering Discovery Centre, Jurabi Turtle Centre and Vlaming Head Lighthouse.
Tour departures are available between April and October, beginning on April 17, 2026. It costs $1260 per adult and $1135 per child. For two adults and two children, it is $4310. An extra child (on top of the family price) costs $1020. Bookings are now open at exmouthadventureco.com.au.

A STORY BASED ON PASSION
Exmouth Adventure Co began its journey as Capricorn Seakayaking, founded in Exmouth.
“Our very first sea kayak tours launched in 1999, shortly after cyclone Vance reshaped the coastline and community,” says Exmouth Adventure Co manager and senior guide Neri Grieve. I paddled the coast with Neri in the early days.
“Over the past two decades, we’ve grown and evolved, developing a diverse range of experiences — from half-day and full-day adventures to immersive three-day and five-day expeditions, as well as specialised school and youth programs.”
What started as a passion for paddling Ningaloo has become a leading eco-adventure company.
Exmouth Adventure Co offers small-group, low-impact tours.
“Our mission is to inspire meaningful connections between people and place, empowering travellers to become stewards of the natural world,” Neri says.
