From the time they joined forces at Claremont in 1978 after hailing from Mount Barker, the two brothers had an uncanny knack of finding one another and linking up in style.

The Krakouers played an instrumental role in the Tigers’ drought-breaking premiership win in 1981, before showing the east coast just what they were capable of by heading to North Melbourne the following year.
