She came, she saw, she conquered.

Champion chaser Miss Envy made a rare appearance at Greyhounds WA Mandurah last Friday with a dominant victory in the 652m Free For All.

The dual WA Greyhound of the Year was at her sparkling best in her first attempt over the journey after she set up her win with a good jump from box eight.

Miss Envy swept the lead as they rounded the first corner and then kicked away to a big advantage down the back straight before rolling on to score by more than five lengths ahead of the runner-up Flaws And Sins in a very slick 36.75.

It was the first time that Miss Envy had run at the track since September 2024 but local fans will see more of the red brindle star as she’ll head into the Mandurah Middle Distance series over the next couple of Friday evenings.

Miss Envy, which is trained by Krystal Shinners, improved her record to 31 wins from 53 starts.
