A crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound blocked multiple lanes, causing heavy congestion as commuters begin to head home on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash was located after Roe Highway in Jandakot and was reported by Main Roads at 3.43pm.
Several lanes were blocked by the incident, causing heavy traffic leading up to the site.
The crash has since been cleared, but traffic remains backed up to Mount Henry Bridge.
Another crash on Mitchell Freeway northbound is causing traffic headaches for commuters.
The crash was located after Vincent Street in West Leederville and was reported by Main Roads at 4.07pm.
The right lane was blocked by the crash causing heavy traffic on approach.
The crash has since been cleared, but traffic remains heavy leading up to the incident site.
Main Roads has advised caution for motorists driving in the area.
