From the Goldfields to the South West, four compelling art exhibitions will be touring regional WA through local organisation Art On The Move’s 2027-2029 program. These include: Veiled in a Golden Hue by Boorloo artist Sherry Quiambao and reflects on migration, identity and family history; It’s Always Been Always, curated by Zali Morgan, features works by Amanda Bell, Harriette Bryant, Wendy Hubert; The Rite of Divination by Kimberley-based artist Jacky Cheng explores ritual through the lens of Chinese divination practices; and Huddle by Gregory Pryor consisting of 15 new paintings developed with Wardandiand Koreng Noongar artist Dr Jennifer Moyle Ogbeide-Ihama. artonthemove.art

What if Romeo’s ending was Juliet’s beginning? This is the question WAAPA third year musical theatre and music students are exploring on stage at Subiaco’s Regal Theatre this week with the reimagined Shakespearean classic, & Juliet. Mecca Brushes
When the STM team heard Mecca Max relaunched its brush collection and the prices started from only $10, eyebrows were raised. We gave it a test-run to see if the quality matched its affordability. Circular Fashion Festival
Australia’s biggest Circular Fashion Festival has announced its 2026 program and it’s looking better than ever. Running from September through to November across Perth and Fremantle, the sustainable fashion celebration will feature exhibitions, markets and a brand-new couture runway at the WA Museum Boola Bardip on October 23. Sound Bathing
