The Great Vic Bike Ride returns for five days in November on Great Ocean Road

The legendary Great Vic Bike Ride is returning to its roots.
The non-competitive biking adventure, which has been running for 40 years, will head back to the Great Ocean Road in November.
Last year was the end of an era for the nine-day iteration of the Great Vic, but a revamped five-day version of the much-loved rolling festival has been announced.
Riders can choose to arrive in Mortlake on November 23 or 24 before heading off on a route that passes through Koroit, Port Fairy, Port Campbell, Timboon and Camperdown.

The trip is tent-based and fully catered, and provides extensive on-route support, luggage transfers, entertainment, medical care, bicycle-repair facilities and e-bike charging so adventurers can enjoy the journey.
Bicycle Network chief executive Alison McCormack says the 2025 Great Vic will emphasise a more relaxed experience to suit a range of riders.
“The new Great Vic Bike Ride will have five incredible riding days, three welcoming towns and loop rides on two of the days,” McCormack says.
“The 2025 ride features 300km of Great Ocean Road coastlines, cliffs and winding country roads — this is what bucket-list biking is all about.
“The Great Vic community makes this holiday an adventure like no other.”
