Katanning Netball Association played two rounds last week, with unbeaten side Allstars adding two wins to their haul in round 11 and 12 of the A-grade competition.

The association played round 11 on July 29, with Allstars facing Dumbleyung, and Kojonup defeating Cardinals Force.

Dumbleyung kept the pressure on in the first half, and only trailed by six goals at half-time.

However, Allstars stormed home in the second half, adding nine goals to their haul in the third term and another 15 in the fourth, finishing with a 53-40 win.

Kojonup also kept their winning streak rolling, taking down Cardinals Force.

By the long break, Kojonup held a 16-goal lead after a clinical opening half and netted another 13 goals in the third term, leaving Cardinals trailing by 17 goals with only a quarter left to play.

The second-placed team kept up the blistering pace through to the final whistle, defeating Cardinals 55-39.

Olympians and Allstars walked off winners in the A-reserves, with Olympians defeating Broomehill by 10 goals and Allstars taking down Kojonup by a slim six-goal margin.

In the B-grade, Olympians won against Dumbleyung 39-38, and Kia Ora notched a confident 26-goal victory over Kojonup.

Allstars defeated Cardinals Fever 58-26 in the C-grade, and Olympians recorded a 15-goal victory over Kia Ora.

In round 12 on August 1, Allstars recorded their second win of the week in the A-grade competition, defeating Cardinals Force 67-38.

Cardinals kept pace through the first term, but Allstars broke away in the second, finishing the first half with a 14-goal lead and pushing ahead through the second half to finish 29 goals ahead.

Olympians and Dumbleyung were only separated by one goal after the first term in the second A-grade game, but Olympians pushed hard in the second to carve out a 13-goal lead.

Olympians kept up the pressure throughout the second half, maintaining their lead to win 44-30.

In round 12 of A-reserves, Olympians recorded a second win, defeating Allstars 51-41, while Kojonup won over Broomehill 30-21.

Both Kojonup and Kia Ora notched confident wins in the B-grade, defeating Cardinals Fever and Olympians, respectively, by 30-goal margins.

Allstars won 51-22 against Kia Ora in the C-grade, and Cardinals Phoenix defeated Olympians by 11 goals.

With only three rounds remaining in the competition, teams will be looking to confirm their ladder positions over the coming weeks, and those lower on the ladder face their last chances to fight for a spot in the finals.
