Cloverdale: Woman in critical condition after falling from moving car on Arlunya Avenue

A 19-year-old woman is in critical condition after falling from a moving car in Cloverdale on Friday night.

The incident occurred at around 10pm on Arlunya Avenue, where the woman was riding on the bonnet of a white Hyundai i30 being driven by another 19-year-old woman known to her.

During the drive, she fell from the vehicle and struck the road, suffering a serious head injury.

Emergency services transported her to Royal Perth Hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.

Investigators are examining the circumstances surrounding the incident and are calling on anyone who witnessed what happened, or who may have relevant footage, to come forward.

The WA Police Force has reminded drivers to take care on the roads and consider the safety of all road users.
