Nathan Lee Bell: Kingsley man charged with child abuse after alleged incident at Rotary Park in Wanneroo

A 45-year-old man from Kingsley has been charged by detectives from the child abuse squad after an incident at Rotary Park in Wanneroo on Sunday, June 29. Detectives are accusing Nathan Lee Bell of performing an indecent act in front of children playing in the Scenic Drive park between 2.30pm and 3.30pm. Police said they arrested Mr Bell on Monday, June 30, after the matter was reported to them. Mr Bell has been charged with two counts of Indecent dealings with a child under 13 years, and appeared before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on Tuesday and Wednesday where he was remanded in custody. On Wednesday, appearing via video link, his bail application was adjourned to July 16.
