The 33rd annual Broome Billfish Classic, which took place over the weekend, was run a little differently this year because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Hosted by the Broome Fishing Club, the tournament saw keen anglers take to the seas over three days from Friday-Sunday to catch and release as many billfish as they could.

Sunday was the annual Fatty’s Day — a memorial day for founding member of the club Fatty Albert, who died in 2000.
