Man in critical condition after car rollover on highway

A man is believed to be in a critical condition after a car he was travelling in rolled over on the Great Northern Highway about 95km east of Broome this afternoon.

It is understood a woman was driving along the highway with the male passenger between Broome and Derby when she lost control.

The man suffered head injuries and was taken to Broome Hospital.

The female driver was also taken to hospital a short while later.

Major Crash is investigating the incident.
