The Broome RSL Club has put out a desperate call to the town as they scramble to find a replacement bugle player for tomorrow’s ANZAC Day dawn service.

The frantic hunt comes after the player the club already booked had to pull out at the last minute.

Club member Graeme Campbell said although the back-up plan would involve playing The Last Post through a pre-recorded track, it would be preferable to have someone perform live.

Anyone that can play the bugle and is interested in stepping up can contact club president Persine Ayensberg on 0417 947 312.
