“It is serene and a great location to use as a base to see Broome and surrounds,” a write-up on Booking.com says.

Ray White Real Estate Broome has now listed the 637sqm property on the market as a five-bed, three bath, six carpark offering.

“Imagine the ultimate ocean-side lifestyle, spent watching magical sunrises and the changing tides and colours of Roebuck Bay by day, and stunning moonsets and starry skies by night,” the listing by Giles Tipping reads.

“Located in Broome’s tightly held Waterfront Estate and nestled among some of the finest homes in the North West, real estate of this calibre offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a lucky buyer.”

Koolinda was designed by renowned Perth architect Paul Meschiatti and built by Eco Constructions in 2008.

It features four internal living spaces and multiple outdoor entertaining zones, including a third-floor observation deck.

There are five bedrooms including the spectacular main suite with bay views, three large bedrooms, and a separate guest pod.
