A Broome man has pleaded guilty to indecently recording a child under the age of 13, indecently dealing with a child under 13, and possessing child exploitation material. Kieran Niall Hall pleaded guilty to the three offences, committed in Broome between August 26 and November 5 last year, as he fronted Broome Magistrates Court on February 13. According to Hall’s Facebook profile, he is originally from Dongara, is employed full time by North Aussie Ice and studied at the WA College of Agriculture in Morawa. Magistrate Deen Potter ordered Hall to undergo a psychological report before he set a pre-sentence hearing for May 23 at Broome District Court. Hall’s bail was also extended to May 23 with $5000 surety.
