The Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry held its monthly social networking sundowner at Castlehow Electrical on May 27.
Castlehow Electrical put on a great networking event for the business community and have been the cornerstone of Albany’s trades sector since 1949.
The event highlighted the host’s culture of loyalty, reflected in its extraordinary retention figures with over 35 staff serving more than five years.
Fifteen have passed the 10-year mark, 10 have exceeded 15 years, eight have surpassed 20 years and several team members have dedicated more than 25 years to the business.
Standing out among them is Robert Western, who in 2026 celebrates an exceptional 54 years of service.
Door prizes offered at the event now include a networking coffee catch-up, one government-funded business advisory session facilitated by ACCI chief executive Tracey Bridges and two tickets to the Cultural Strength event put on by Castlehow Electrical at Retravision Stadium on June 3.
Upcoming ACCI events include its June Coffee & Connect at the Albany Business Centre on June 23 from 10am, and In Control Book-keeping will be hosting the sundowner at Phillips Brook Estate on June 25 at 5.30pm with tickets available online.
