Tigerlily goes West

If the rugged landscapes in Tigerlily’s spring 2026 campaign look familiar, it’s because they are. The Australian brand chose WA’s South West as its backdrop for the retro-glam resortwear collection, shooting on the beaches of Busselton and at Timothee Resort. “Being born in Perth myself and holidaying as kids down near Busselton, I pulled the palette straight from the landscape. The ocean blues, sun-bleached sand, warm terracotta,” says Tigerlily creative director Simone Coates.

“Western Australia has always felt like a natural home for this brand . . . the light, the coastline, the pace of life out west, it’s everything Tigerlily stands for,” adds general manager Prue Slocombe. CheatBeauty

Nobody understands the hunt for the perfect nude lippie like Rebecca Maddern, with the Seven presenter needing a tone and texture that will see her through whatever the day throws at her. So she joined forces with Rebecca Gregson, who has spent two decades building brands, to launch CheatBeauty. Good Day Sunshine Festival

This South West musical festival returns with an incredible line-up of local and international talent, with Macy Gray, Matt Corby and The Cat Empire headlining. Corby has been on a great run lately — his TikTok duet with his 10-year-old self at a recent Auckland show is well worth a watch. Macbeth

Australian choreographer Alice Topp has reimagined this classic tragedy, 400 years after Shakespeare penned it. Topp’s contemporary ballet version has been six years in the making between West Australian Ballet and Royal New Zealand Ballet, with eight musicians from West Australian Symphony Orchestra performing live, plus 126 musicians layered into the score.
