Rock and pop punk fans are in for a treat after Yungblud announced he will be coming Down Under for a series of shows this summer.

The 28-year-old UK singer, known for his electrifying stage presence, will bring his Idols world tour to Australia for his biggest shows to date in January next year.

The tour will make its way through Europe before heading to Australia, stopping off in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and wrapping up in Perth at Ice Cream Factory on January 20.

It comes after his 24-date North American tour, also happening in 2026, sold out in just one minute last week, proving demand is strong for the multi-instrumentalist and performer.

Last year, Yungblud debuted his own curated festival, Bludfest, and released a book titled You Need to Exist: A Book to Love and Destroy — before unleashing his critically acclaimed, chart-topping fourth album, Idols in June, alongside the Paul Dugdale-directed documentary, YUNGBLUD: Are You Ready, Boy?.

Idols landed Yungblud, born Dominic Harrison, his third number one debut in the UK and is his most personal and ambitious work yet.

Described as a modern rock opera, the album features the anthemic single Zombie and opens with a nine-minute epic Hello Heaven, Hello.

Capping off a huge year, the star was chosen by Ozzy Osbourne to perform the Black Sabbath ballad Changes at the Back To The Beginning benefit concert and also announced an EP with Grammy award winning rock and roll hall of fame inductees Aerosmith, set for release on November 21.
