Large crowds are expected to gather at WA’s Supreme Court this morning as the verdict is read for the State’s longest running murder inquiry - the Claremont serial killer trial.

Among those waiting to hear the judge’s verdict for accused killer Kewdale man Bradley Robert Edwards is former WA police commissioner Karl O’Callaghan.

Mr O’Callaghan was the commissioner who announced that Mr Edwards had been formally charged over snatching young girls from Claremont’s streets and killing them, delivering the news that so many had waited so long to hear.

Mr O’Callaghan will join The West Live host Jenna Clarke this morning to weigh in on the WA trial of the century ahead of Justice Stephen Hall’s findings.
