BGC Plasterboard has now taken plasterboards into the next generation of construction by releasing a unique plasterboard lining system, GTEK Smartwall. This system is direct fixed to internal brick walls and designed to improve on previous building techniques.

Because GTEK Smartwall is machine manufactured, it presents laser sharp, toughened surfaces that have the ability to resist knocks and scrapes. However, if it does dent or needs a repair to old holes, it is very easy to fix.

Wall mounting mirrors, paintings and other items to GTEK Smartwall is easy. Unique fixing methods allow GTEK Smartwall to support a majority of household requirements, including the television.

The toughened materials also provides a consistently smoother surface designed to work with and presents surfaces for superior paint finishes. Corners will now be cleaner and more defined.

Thermal comfort

The plasterboard’s gypsum content is enhanced during external temperature fluctuations and will translate into cooler and warmer interior spaces of the home’s thermal behaviour.
